COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY
CBT is a type of therapy that focuses on helping you understand and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be affecting your mental health. The idea behind CBT is that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected. Sometimes, we can get stuck in patterns of thinking that make us feel worse or act in ways that don’t help us. CBT helps you recognize these patterns and teaches you how to challenge and change them.

EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSING THERAPY
EMDR is a type of therapy designed to help you process difficult memories and experiences that may be affecting your current emotional well-being. It's based on the idea that when we experience trauma or distressing events, our brain might have trouble fully processing these memories, which can lead to emotional distress or unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior.

DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOR THERAPY
DBT is especially helpful for people who experience intense emotions or struggle with self-destructive behaviors. It combines individual therapy with group skills training, so you get both one-on-one support and the opportunity to practice new skills in a group setting. The goal is to help you create a life that feels more manageable, fulfilling, and aligned with your values.
